Order Acceptance

If you place an order for merchandise on SalePirate.com, you agree to pay for the order by authorizing a corresponding charge to a valid credit card acceptable to us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time and for any reason.

Sales and Other Taxes

We are required to collect sales tax on orders delivered to certain states.

Product Availability

Even when information on SalePirate.com indicates that a product is available, it may not be. We do not guarantee availability under any circumstance. Without liability and without prior notice, we reserve the right to change, or discontinue any or all products or to cancel any order.

Product Service and Support

For 10 business days following shipment to you of merchandise, EXCLUDING items listed below under Return Policy, you have ordered through SalePirate.com, you have an absolute guarantee of satisfaction from SalePirate.com. You may return merchandise for replacement of the item any time during that period. Shipping charges will be your responsibility.

Shipping and Delivery

SalePirate.com will ship USPS to any of the 50 states comprising the USA, US territories and to US military addresses (APO/FPO). We will ship orders within 3 business days after receipt of your order paid in full, subject to product availability. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal or local holidays. In the event that an item cannot ship within the standard delivery times, it will be treated as "backordered." This means that you will be advised of the delay and will have the opportunity to cancel the order. This policy is subject to change at any time and without notice. SalePirate.com will determine the carrier to be used at their sole discretion.

Returns Policy

Customer Satisfaction is of utmost importance at SalePirate.com. If you are dissatisfied with merchandise purchased through SalePirate.com for any reason, you may return the item within 10 business days from the date it was shipped to you. For sanitary reasons and overall safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or cartridges, bottled liquid, drip tips, and used atomizers. Therefore, our Returns Policy EXCLUDES these kinds of items. At your option, you may receive a replacement, excluding shipping cost, of a non-excluded item if available. The process is very simple and straightforward:

  1. Repackage the item including all original parts, packaging material, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging that results in of damages to merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST not have any damage/have been used.
  2. Include a copy of the original Packaging List in the package.
  3. Ship the item (at your expense and choice of carrier) to the address with which you were provided on the original Packing List that was sent with your item.
